Browsing Roberttos.com could not be simpler, and our aim is to make finding the perfect item for you as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. You can explore our featured collection by browsing through our lookbook or gallery, and should you wish to take a closer look, simply roll your cursor over the relevant item to view more product details, then click on the “view this item” link to visit the product detail page. On each of these product detail pages, you will find 10 color variations for every product. Choose your desired color, and when you have made your selection, click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, head to your basket at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and click on “checkout” to be led through the checkout process. Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases currently can only be made directly through Roberttos.com.
Once an order has been successfully submitted, it is no longer able to be cancelled or modified online. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please feel free to contact us via email at clientservice@roberttos.com, making sure you reference the order number. If you are emailing to modify an order, please provide the reference number of the new product or products with which you wish to replace your existing order. Cancellations and modifications requested after shipping cannot be processed before the original merchandise is returned to us. Clients have up to 30 days from their date of purchase to cancel or modify their order, in line with Robertto's return and exchange policy.

The Robertto’s products which are available for purchase online include all the items featured in our collection. All products on our site are subject to availability for immediate shipping. For items out of stock or in backorder, clients have the option to pre-oder these items by joining the priority waiting list. These products will be marked as "Available for pre-order". The client will be asked to acknowledge that they fully understand that they are purchasing a product that will be delivered at a later date. When a client orders one of these items, they will be placed on the priority waiting list, allowing them to be among the first to receive their selection as soon as it becomes available. We do our best to provide anticipated release dates for these items, both on the product page and during the checkout process, but we ask our clients to please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than expected. The client's credit card will be charged immediately to confirm the pre-order, and to ensure their place on the priority waiting list.
Roberttos.com clients are free to purchase as many items as they want subject to stock availability.
Due to high transaction volume, we are unable to locate items that are not showing an immediate availability online. In order to avoid this becoming a complication, we advise you to regularly check our selection, to consider choosing another item, or to pre-order the items if marked as "Available for pre-order" by joining the priority waiting list.
We understand that our clients do not want to miss out on the items they love. As such, we offer our valued clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production, or which are sold out and are thus on backorder. The client will be asked to acknowledge that they fully understand that they are purchasing a product that will be delivered at a later date.

Robertto’s accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Please note that in order to process payments safely and efficiently, the billing address must match the address on the credit card statement.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after your card details have been verified, and after we have received credit authorization, confirmed the availability of your item, and have prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order, but rather will be authorized for verification purposes. For pre-orders, when one of our items is ordered, the client will be placed on a priority waiting list, enabling them to be among the first to receive their selection once it becomes available. We do our best to provide expected release dates for these items on the product page and throughout the checkout process, but clients should be aware that in these cases, their order may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. When you are put on the priority waiting list, your credit card will be charged immediately to confirm your pre-order. At this point, you will be asked to acknowledge that you fully understand the fact that you are purchasing a product that will be delivered at a later date.
At this time Roberttos.com is only able to accept one form of payment per order. Should you wish to use multiple methods of payment, you will have to create a new order for each individual method.
Your on-screen total reflects the estimated total with the sales tax or VAT rate included in the price. Roberttos.com will not charge its clients extra for sales tax or VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

For our complimentary standard shipping service, all international orders shipped outside the UK, EU, US, and Canada are shipped with standard postal service by Royal Mail from our warehouse in London, UK. The delivery time depends on the destination country and usually takes between 5 to 7 business days but can take up to 14 business days. Please also allow for an additional 1-2 business days for processing the order. Please note that during final sales and the holiday seasons delivery times can be longer than usual.

For our expedited shipping service, all international orders shipped outside the UK, EU, US, and Canada are shipped with either FedEx, UPS, DHL or Royal Mail depending on your destination country. The option to choose expedited shipping will be available during checkout for an additional charge of US$40 per order. The delivery time depends on the destination country and usually takes between 2 to 3 business days but can take up to 5 business days. Please also allow for an additional 1-2 business days for processing the order. Please note that during final sales and the holiday seasons delivery times can be longer than usual.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Robertto’s cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control. Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on the priority waiting list, and will be shipped with standard postal service once they become available for delivery. Should you wish to select an alternative shipping method for your priority waiting list items, please select the expedited shipping option on checkout. The applicable fee for expedited shipping will apply. We highly recommend that all clients take the time to review their order details on the order review page before submitting their order, as well as ensuring everything is correct in the order confirmation email that will be sent shortly after the order is placed.

Depending on the destination country, deliveries may be subject to customs charges, duties and fees, dependent on the contents and value, which the client will be required to pay prior to the parcel being released. The customs authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable will vary in each country. We cannot advise as to what these charges may be. The client will be responsible to pay any additional charges related to customs and duties.
Robertto’s is able to ship orders to any valid shipping address.
At present, we are only able to ship to one address per order. To arrange delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Robertto’s is able to ship orders to any valid address, but we highly recommend against shipping to P.O. Boxes as in some cases a signature might be required upon receipt or the recipient will be required to pay customs charges and duties before release of the package.
Expedited orders will require a signature upon delivery.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders via a shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to the client upon processing and dispatch of their order.

To estimate the total delivery time for international orders made on items available for immediate shipping, please refer to the shipping window provided at the check-out, and make sure to allow for the appropriate delivery time based on the shipping method selected. Please also allow for an additional 1-2 business days for processing the order but note that during peak times, your order can take up to 5 business days to be processed before it is sent out for delivery. Please ensure you add this time to your selected shipping method, in order to accurately anticipate the delivery date of your item.

Standard Shipping Service: 5 to 7 business days with deliveries made Monday-Friday, but for some destination countries delivery time may take up to 14 business days.

Expedited Shipping Service: 2 to 3 business days with deliveries made Monday-Friday, but may take up to 5 business days for some destination countries.

To estimate the total delivery time for international orders made on items available for pre-order, i.e. on the priority waiting list, please refer to the estimated release dates, which will be included in the confirmation email sent on purchase of such an item. The release dates will also be listed on the product pages, and again during the checkout once you add the item(s) to your basket. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, as your items may arrive sooner or later than stated. Item(s) placed on the priority waiting list will be shipped with free standard shipping service once they become available for shipping. Should you wish to select an alternative shipping method for priority waiting list items, please select the expedited shipping option during checkout. The expedited shipping fee of US$40 per order will apply for international orders and will be added to your total.

A confirmation email containing all your delivery details will be sent to you, as soon as your purchase has been processed and sent out for delivery.

Returns

For online purchases, Robertto’s will accept merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, so long as it is accompanied by the original invoice and is in its original condition. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to Roberttos.com. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at clientservice@roberttos.com, and provide us with the order reference number. Returns or exchanges requested after shipping cannot be processed until the original merchandise is returned to us and received.

Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Roberttos.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Should you wish to cancel your corporate gift order, please contact us via email at clientservice@roberttos.com quoting the order reference number. We will not able to cancel or provide refunds on customized orders.

Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at stockists, department stores or at other wholesale distributors.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted as a return. Robertto’s reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

There may come a time when your Robertto's pocket square requires cleaning, and should this happen, we would always recommend sending it to a professional dry cleaning service. Ensure you direct the cleaners to pay close attention to the hand-rolled hems, which should never be pressed. As well as this, do take care to remember that silk may be damaged by contact with water.

Robertto’s products are lovingly crafted from the highest quality fabrics, using unique and carefully selected designs and the finest craftsmanship available. “Made in Italy” and “Made in England” are an integral part of the essence of Robertto’s, and always will be.
Should you come across a counterfeit Robertto's product, please report the product or suspect website to Robertto’s as soon as you are able to by sending an email to clientservice@roberttos.com. Please provide as much descriptive information as possible about the products or the website, such as the location in which you found the items, the seller of the products, the specific type of products being sold, or the website URL, etc. We appreciate your help in our battle against counterfeiting and the injustice this serves to the craftsmen we work alongside.
Counterfeit Robertto’s products are replicas, copies or imitations of authentic Robertto’s products, which have been produced with the aim to mislead our clients into believing that they are purchasing genuine items. Counterfeit products are of poor quality, but are sometimes offered for sale at high prices in order to deceive online shoppers. Such items lack the quality, the detail and the craftsmanship which characterize authentic Robertto’s products.
